Corporate Social Responsibility is defined as “achieving commercial success in ways that honor ethical values and respect people, communities, and the natural environment.” We can also say that CSR means addressing the legal, ethical, commercial and other expectations society has for business, and making decisions that fairly balance the claims of all key stakeholders. In its simplest terms it is: “what you do, how you do it”
CSR is viewed as a comprehensive set of policies, practices and programs that are integrated into business operations, supply chains, and decision-making processes throughout the company -- wherever the company does business -- and includes responsibility for current and past actions as well as future impacts. The issues that represent a company’s CSR focus vary by business, by size, by sector and even by geographic region. In its broadest categories, CSR typically includes issues related to: business ethics, community investment, environment, governance, human rights, marketplace and workplace.
Corporate social responsibility, if addressed comprehensively, can deliver the greatest benefits to a company and its stakeholders when integrated with business strategy and operations, which can assure your continued business development and success.
All companies need to consider the economic, social and environmental impact of their activities, and they also need to give back to the communities in which they operate. Our Managing Director is a member of the GESIA, to represent & put forth issues of the electronics industry to the State & Central Governments.
Masibus arranged for voluntary blood donation camps in house & also donated blood in camps held elsewhere.
Masibus continues to support relief work for natural calamities like the Gujarat earthquake & the Tsunami, by donating to the Gujarat Chief Minister’s relief fund.
Masibus maintains lot of greenery around the premises for a pollution free environment.

To encourage employee involvement, Masibus holds monthly/ bimonthly meetings in which all employees are encouraged to voice concerns and give suggestions.
