Condition Monitoring Divison
Home • Condition Monitoring Divison The Condition Monitoring Division has tied-up with some of the most visible international companies in the field of vibration to meet the stringent requirements of the customer. The Division has experienced & certified personnel & instruments to render condition monitoring consultation services. The Condition Monitoring Division of Masibus offers solutions for Periodical (Off-line) Vibration Monitoring & Continuous (On-line) Vibration Monitoring which cover Machinery Vibration Analysis & Diagnostic Services, as well as supply of Portable and Online Vibration Measuring and Analysis Instruments, On-line EM real-time balancing systems, Vibration Analysis Hardware & Sensors, Mechatronic & Condition Monitoring solutions to the steel sector and Infrared Thermal Imaging Systems. Vibration analysis is a proven technology that can provide an accurate insight into many common machinery problems well in advance of failure. Trending of machine conditions and fault identification allows your Maintenance Department the ability to schedule repair rather than react to a problem. Instrument and software constitute a coherent package for predicting failures on rotating machinery. Maintenance technicians have traditionally used IR cameras to detect high temperatures that often indicate a pending electrical failure. However, thermal imaging is increasingly used to find potential problems in mechanical processes. Routine inspections of motors and bearings can reveal out-of-range temperatures caused by lubrication or alignment problems. Furnaces, vessels and piping also can be imaged. Worn or decaying insulation in these areas can be detected as greater amounts of heat escape to the outer surface.
